hello again from the land of tristan. again im sorry for the lac of blogs being put up.
part 1 : the hurt
so during all of this training there have been some ups and downs, mostly now a days there are more ups than downs....until last Saturday with the high weight training day. i didn't know you could be that sore the day after. it got to the point that i couldn't brush my hair. luckily I'm all stretched out now thanks to Monday's workout.
part 2 : the joy...after the hurt
so something amazing is happening i rely am quite enjoying the workouts, something i use to hate when i did them alone. now i look forward to them. another joy is that i not only feel healthier but i can preform more strenuous activities (ie. walk farther without stops)
not to mention i feel better / more confidant about myself
