well I guess this means im behind quite a bit so here we go
THIS IS TRISTAN'S DAILY CATCHUP BLOG...thing
truth be told the reason i missed blogging for the past week is i was at a convention in Seattle and that took up a LOT of my time. not only while i was there but in the week prior i was swamped. but now that thats all done with im back on the straight and narrow.
as you might have guessed i had quite a bit of trouble eating to the cleanse...well when the only place you can buy food with in 6 miles is 7-11 i challenge you to cleanse (ps the second closest place was dennies another mile after that)
update on the videos, i have about half of a video filmed and waiting for editing.
well i need to go to TF now for first workout this week
