Well now that I've missed the 1st and 2nd day i should probably start now.
so its the 3nd day of the month long cleanse also the third work out at team fitness. now i'll be the first to admit its not easy, but my god its satisfying.

Oh and one more thing, i've began the loseing weight way faster than i thought
(10lb in a week and 3 days) so I'm quite happy so far also feeling a weird mix of exhausted and satisfied.

Also i apologies for the structure of this blog...type fitness log thing. i was never good at grammar and stuff but oh well.

another note I will be adding video links for any videos i make, for recipies or general related videos
or anything people send me.

one last thing first video will be how to eat the protean powder...in new and interesting ways.
