12......ish weeks

12......ish weeks


oh boy it's that time of the year.  the EVERYTHING tastes better now time of year.
god do i ever love/have this time of year.

now again i feel like i should state that i only post when there is something i feel like i should share
( particularly tough time, changes and the sort )

so plans for the festivities have started
   
    yule festival on the 12th - 24th
    spirit day on the       14th
    Christmas and boxing day some time around the 24th?

and all the little parties in-between
all of which are food fests....none of which are in our diet :o

so now the quest begins... hot to enjoy my self as much as possible...and not loose all the progress i have made  ( 35lbs...i think) 

oh but i forgot i always lose weight over Christmas :)
                         i think i'll survive

Tristan VS empire state building

...AND FIGHT

so today the 2 other finalists and I took on and defeated the empire state building...AND WON

i'm rely happy and proud not only of my self but the other 2 finalists, it wasn't easy by any stretchy of the most malleable imagination.

on another note i finally have reliable internet again so i can now blog and finally get emails
....not 3 days after they are sent :/

other than that i think these pro-biotic pills that they have us on are getting bigger??

well i should go it is 4 am

well it's happened again

i'm so sorry about this trouble with the blogging

the past few days have been hard as hell, i'm rely into Halloween and the enjoyments that come with that....ie candy. so ya i might have cheated and had some candy. and now i'm rely not feeling good at all :(

so the moral of the story is.....oh god candy is not worth it

well tomorrow is a new day and one day will not break a diet

 other than that i'm just fighting with the internet like allways so thats making it hard to message Leanne, but we are chaining providers soon

part 1/2 the hurt&joy

hello again from the land of tristan. again im sorry for the lac of blogs being put up.

part 1 : the hurt 
         so during all of this training there have been some ups and downs, mostly now a days there are more ups than downs....until last Saturday with the high weight training day.  i didn't know you could be that sore the day after. it got to the point that i couldn't brush my hair. luckily I'm all stretched out now thanks to Monday's workout.

part 2 : the joy...after the hurt
         so something amazing is happening i rely am quite enjoying the workouts, something i use to hate when i did them alone. now i look forward to them. another joy is that i not only feel healthier but i can preform more strenuous activities (ie. walk farther without stops)

not to mention i feel better / more confidant about myself

internet issues

oh boy more internet issues that i never noticed

so apparently i never notices that blog 6 and 7 never properly posted when i well posted them.

well I'll just summarize them

            BLOG 6   music
                   so i ended up realizing that this video had very little to it in the ... music department and it kinda made it boring so I'm looking into getting some music done up for it

            BLOG 7  ALMOST THERE
                  mostly just realizing that i was almost done this cleanse and how good that feels
                  but i am realizing that im starting to enjoy the workouts when im there...not so much  
                  before and after

                  but it is a good feeling

onto today's topic.....ME 

             well up until this point i haven't rely talked about myself. were to start

umm as you can tell the name is Tristan, I'm 21 and i have quite a wright problem as you might have guessed.

at the beginning i weighed in at a whopping 466 lbs

now that is quite a lot of room for improvement.  so far the improvements are small I'm down to 452lbs  so only down by 14 lbs so far but the real difference is in my ability to be more active, i feel better and less out of breath which is nice to say the least.

well i've fully forgot where i was going with this after stopping for dinner

Mondays

Oh lord why are mondays always bad, not just end of weekend bad but waking up is painful.

also 75% done simple tricks video includes sauces (pasta & ketchup also banana mug cake that the winners can eat on our diet :)   )

other than that low days are kinda sucking also finding it hard to eat on the 3 hour mark...I'm sure I'll get back into the swing

also didn't expect it to be this hard to come up with blog entries

AHHHHH why dose this happen to me

K so if you were at the fitness class today you might have noticed a lack of tristan.
that might be because of a minor alarm problem that may or may not have caused all of my alarms to shut off in the night......


this in turn may have caused me to keep sleeping, as the other winners know i don't sleep well...or at normal hours so sleeping through 9 is no surprise to me

i will have to do a punishment workout today to make up for this

again to everyone at TF i'm so sorry for this i'll do everything to prevent this from happening again
